    Here’s a review I wrote of Leeds 2005.

I think that was my favourite festival of recent times, not just for the bands but also for the general atmosphere, friends, etc. There were LCD Soundsystem, Maximo Park, The Futureheads and Bloc Party almost back-to-back on the opening day, which got me in a really good mood for the event.

    Have a read…

Pixies headlined the next day, along with Youthmovie Soundtrack Strategies doing some late night audio visuals. Great fun.

  16. davelms says:

    Not biased no :)

Glasvegas are a great band in my opinion.

  17. Ray says:

Excuse me but are we forgetting about the supreme quality of Glasvegas, or am I being biased being a jock?

  18. Metalhead Sam says:

2007 defo they should have more metal and it’s a shame about avenged sevenfold
but metal is the way to go

  19. Caroline says:

For me, Leeds 2009 had the best with Kings of leon and Kaiser Chiefs!!

  20. Hayley says:

Has to be 2008! Cos the best band in the world headlined, The Killers

  21. Klara says:

2007, definetly! Not the headliners, but the smaller acts like Cobra Starship and The Academy Is… (:

  22. david says:

It was obviously 2008 to anyone with any sense of realism!

  23. Dayana says:

Leeds 2007 had the best line up!
