Line up for 2010
The internet is already running wild with rumours for 2010 headliners for Leeds Festival. So what are your current favourites and who would you put your money on?
With the announcement for the Leeds Festival 2010 Line-up now just six months away (!), there is plenty of time to publicise your guess and take all the glory next March when you are found to have been correct.
Failing that, why not just put your fantasy headliners… either way we’d like to hear from you!
ellie goulding, florence and machine, bloc party aswell as kele. kasabian, kasier cheifs, vampire weekend, noel, oasis 2.0, radiohead, killers, artic monkeys. should all go aswell.
Noel Gallagher, Oasis 2.0, Kasabian…they must beg for these to perform!
I’d also love to see Taylor Swift there…I know, a bit gay, but she’s alright…and fit as fuck.

yeh tc, lets have the arctic monkeys, KOL, and radiohead headlining. Cracking idea. My favourite bit about the plan is that we havent had them headline, especially not last year. Oh, and im never sarcastic.
Ellie Goulding, Foals, The Strokes, Paramore & Bombay Bicycle Club would all make me quite happy
Biffy are self-confirmed, and Libertines are likely, that should be good.
Rumours of slash doing his solo stuff too, so it’s a possibility (a doubtful one) that we could have a proper reunion of GnR, or at least 3 original members

Well i’ve already got my weekend ticket – purchased the day after getting back from Leeds2009.
Getting very nervous with all the band names being touted as headliners – as not a fan of green blink 41. Hoping for a good mix tho. Enjoyed last year but would like some heaveir bands somewhere in the lineup.
But most of all ………… wishing for PJ Harvey.
my favourite line up : suga babes, s club 7, spice girls, ellie goulding, florence and machine, back street boys, westlife, liberty x, will young, gareth gates.

i would just like to point out we saw stereophonics at the begining of march in sheffied, and they said ‘we’ll see you up here in the summer for the festival’
the ONLY fest near sheffield is leeds…
Why would Eminem headline Leeds, he is doing Oxegen, T in the Park and another in Switzerland! He would not come back over after being here at the start of July, to do Leeds and Reading at the end of August! Will be very suprised if Shady is confirmed!

LOL… If GnR headline at leeds I will eat my own POO!!!!!!! They are absolute shite… How can they headline Leeds, maybe a few years ago when they had some talent in the band, GnR have just gone on a downward spiral – straight down to Shitvillle. Headlining at Leeds what a fucking JOKE!!! Festival Republic are really scraping the barrell this year.
I found it hillarious to read a boy called leighton claiming he must see a “real band” like bringmethehorizon play leeds festival. Yes that real band that have maybe a quarter of the fan basis the bands you would call shit, have. Stop being so fucking narrow minded. There are some good bands in the list you have mentioned and i hope you get to see them but that doesnt mean everyone wants to listen to them. Besides leeds fest is shit anyway full of posers and dickhead kids, enjoy.

I have no problem with Blink or GNR headlining the main stage but I just don’t think Arcade Fire are big enough to headline the main stage, I’d never heard of them untill a couple of weeks ago.

Then on between main stage and radio 1 Jamie t, courteeners , Mumford and sons, Florence, and wombats(? Mayb), Ellie goulding. And how about dizzee rascal and black eyed peas and Bruce Springsteen, the fratellis, the enemy, elbow, glasvegas, kasabian, muse, paulo nutini and vampire weekend and that’s my festival sorted.
