    KOL were a fantastiic live act at Leedsfest, great music, emotional chit chat, blowing smoke up our ass a little…”we never write songs for America?” Kaiser Cheifs deserve some credit for getting us all charged up though, this band knows how to wind the audience into a frenzy :D , especially after the “mellowing” effects of reformed Placebo…zzzz

    Whoever anonymous is that said KOL are not worthy to headline, Get with the now, KOL have been one of my favourite bands, since before they hit the mainstream, and you are so wrong, they are as perfect as you are going to get to what a live band should be like. KOL are awesome, a great band, a great bunch of guys I happen to have met and a great sound, they sound exactly as they do on the records, but live, there’s hardly anyone that good around these days, KOL do it for me everyday of the week and twice on Sunday.

    KoL would be a fantastic Headlin band… and while i’m more into the Monkey and Razorlight etc etc, be nice to see another metalica/Iron maiden kinda show like recent years.

    Foo Fighters were the best i’ve ever seen at Leeds, Green Day i’m just not into so wern’t fussed with their show a few years back. killers did a good headline all be it they only had 1 album out at the time.

    Sick of bands reforming and getting headline spots! Fair enough Blur were good in their day, but this just aint their day anymore so why should they deserve a headline spot… let them go play the Brit Awards or sumit.

    I’d love to see sumit like Kol, Foos, Monkeys… they’re defo worth an NME/Radio 1 tent headline at the very least! If we have to go with blur i won’t be bothering with them and will see any other rubbish at the other tents.

    But then again, anything has to be better than the terrible show of franz Ferdinand and i even though Red Hot Chilli peppers were poor although i aint a big fan to start with.
