Leeds Festival 2008 - tickets, line up, rumours

As we wrote in our earlier topic “Don’t Panic!” we would also recommend that you do not buy from ticket touts or on eBay, and certainly, do not panic now and rush to buy a ticket on the secondary market at hugely over-inflated prices.

Festival Republic, promoters of the Reading and Leeds Festival, have confirmed that all weekend tickets for the event have sold out in record time.

If you’re still looking then why not book your travel at the same time? Booking a Coach & Ticket package is often a great idea.

Although official announcements suggest that tickets sell out ‘within minutes’ or hours there are ALWAYS tickets to be purchased…

UPDATE: Tickets for this year’s festival will be available on 31st March 2008 at 6.45pm.
The line up will be announced shortly before tickets go on sale.

Although online ticket outlets appear to have now sold their allocation of Weekend Tickets for Leeds Festival 2007, there are still tickets available as part of Travel Packages.

Single per-day tickets will be £62.50 (+ booking fee).
A full weekend ticket will cost £145 (+ booking fee), an increase of £10 on 2006 prices.
As in previous years, an early entrance permit will cost an additional £10 on the full weekend price.

Crash Records (Headrow, Leeds) have revealed that they will be selling their allocation of tickets for Leeds Festival 2007 from 9.30am on Tuesday 20th March.
You must attend in person, and it’s a maximum of 2 tickets per person!
