Fans with weekend tickets will once again enjoy a special opening night party.

It has to be said that Dance To The Radio know how to put on a party.

They’ve been hosting the opening night at Leeds Festival for several years now, and it was today announced via Leeds Music Scene that the Leeds-based independent record label would be once again welcoming thousands of festival fans to Leeds.

The festivities on the Leeds site begin on the evening of Thursday 25th August with live sets from The Young Knives, Dog Is Dead, We Are Losers, Runaround Kids and Blacklisters.

Anyone with a weekend camping ticket can come into the main arena on Thursday evening with the bands appearing on the BBC Introducing Stage.

Although tickets for Reading are now sold out, there are still tickets for Leeds Festival 2011 available through Ticketmaster, See Tickets and Viagogo.
