Buying your tickets from HMV
Lots of people are asking about how to get hold of tickets from HMV.
In a flurry of messages sent out today by the organisers, here’s the information some of you are looking for.
- The HMV website will be selling tickets from 6.45pm Monday.
- HMV Leeds will be selling Weekend and Day tickets to people from 7am on Tuesday.
- You can buy 4 tickets per household online, but just 2 when buying in person.
- Bring Photo ID if you are buying in person.
You can also buy your tickets in person at the Leeds Visitor Centre in the City Station from 9am on Tuesday 30th March. And for those of you wishing to buy online, we’ve been updating our Leeds Tickets page with the latest links, including those for See Tickets.
Do you know when the tickets should be getting sent out when bought from HMV? Will it be like a few days before the Fest, or will it be earlier?

when do the tickets go on sale for HMV Manchester?
Is it 6:45PM Monday, or 7:00AM Tuesday
Me and my friend are going to get tickets from HMV on the tuesday morning (camping overnight)
but it says on the site if you’re 16 or under (or something) you have to be with someone over 18 to go/camp… i am 17 and my friend’s 16, but we are going to leeds fest with people who are 18+… will we still be able to buy tickets without these people with us, coz you need photoproof id :S

HMV Leeds Headrow, HMV Manchester and HMV Newcastle stores only is the message. That means “no” to HMV Leeds White Rose store.
645pm Monday if you want be buy online from HMV website.
7am Tuesday if you want to buy in person from HMV.
I will be going to the HMV newcastle for tickets and they have confirmed they are the same as the Leeds store and that although the tickets will be available on the website from 6:45 on Monday, you won’t be able to purchase them from the store until 7:00 am Tuesday.
Heyy iv got 2 question,, are the tickets not going on sale at HMV white rose???? and if they arent being sold at white rose then 7am on tuesday morning not 6.45pm on monday night??? If some one could help then it will be appriecated
Hi Nathan, the deal with HMV has differed each year. They may well have gone on sale on the Monday last year. However, this was the announcement by festival organisers for how HMV would operate their ticket sales in 2010.
?? i thought people qued up at HMV on the monday last year and they bought them as soon as they cam on sale at 6:45 or whatever it is?? :S

so can you only buy them in store from the leeds branch?
