Leeds Festival tickets on sale tomorrow!
Don’t forget that you can buy tickets for Leeds 2011 from tomorrow morning at 9am.
Leeds 2011 tickets go on sale in the morning.
We’ve updated our links already so you can get straight to the official ticket pages. Try any of these:
– See Tickets #1
– See Tickets #2
– Ticketmaster
– Viagogo
The pre-sale is for adult weekend tickets (£180+bf) and purchasing tickets in the pre-sale means you won’t be hit by the VAT increase in the New Year or the rise in ticket prices for 2011 – a saving of at least £10 per ticket!
The all-important line-up and general sale tickets will be released in the Spring.

“GigSport” are a secondary market agency for “hard to find” or “sold out” tickets which generally means you pay more than face value to get your hands on one.
Given tickets are still on general sale, then they are neither hard to find nor sold out, and can be bought from official primary agencies (See or Ticketmaster) at face value.
On that basis, it’s difficult to say “duped” but I think you may have parted with more money than you would have otherwise done had you tried Ticketmaster.
Whether you get your tickets or not is another question – some secondary market agencies do come up with the goods. In the case of “GigSport” – who I know nothing about – their About Us page lists a number of contact points, telephone, postal, email, which is a positive sign (most of the unscrupulous ones don’t list any way to contact them). It’s possible that “GigSport” are a reputable secondary market agency, albeit not an official primary agent for Leeds Festival.
Sorry I cannot be of more help.

Hi – I prebooked tickets for my kids through GigSport – it now seems as though this company is not an official sales channel. Can anyone give me advice as to whether I’ve been duped and wasted £400?
