The six Futuresound 2010 competition winners were revealed on Saturday.

The annual Futuresound competition came to a close this weekend with the winners announced on the popular Leeds Music Forum last night.

Playing on the BBC Introducing Stage at Leeds 2010 are the five highest-placed runners up:

Wot Gorilla?
Soul Circus
Runaround Kids
Blacklisters
Club Smith

The overall winner this year was Kasiuss. As well as winning £500 in cash, Kasiuss will play on the Festival Republic Stage at both Leeds and Reading sites.

Other bands set to appear on the BBC Introducing Stage are Sketches along with Wakefield band Penguin who won the recent Centre Stage Leeds event.
