When does Leeds Festival 2010 take place?
Another frequently asked question: what are the Leeds Festival 2010 dates?
To follow on in our short series of Q&A, we’ve also been asked what the dates are for Leeds 2010.
The answer is that Leeds Festival always falls over the August Bank Holiday weekend with three full days of music on the Friday, Saturday and Sunday.
Leeds 2010 Dates
This year the Leeds Fest dates are:
- Friday 27th August 2010
- Saturday 28th August 2010
- Sunday 29th August 2010
The Arena is also open on the Thursday evening for a special opening event featuring four or five up-and-coming bands.
You will be able to gain access to the campsites from Thursday 26th August and will be expected to leave the campsites on Monday 30th August. If you have purchased an Early Entry pass you will be able to get into the festival campsite from 2pm on Wednesday 25th August.

Hi Mike, yes, it’s always over the August Bank Holiday weekend which this year means it will take place on 27th, 28th and 29th August 2010.
