Leeds 2010 syncs up with Twitter
Whether sat at home or on the festival site, you can follow all the latest gossip, news, secret shows via the Leeds Festival 2010 and Twitter mash up.
Our Festival Twitter feed is back!
We are happy to report that the popular 2009 application is back again as Twitter timelines and Leeds Festival 2010 have once again been merged allowing festival fans at the Leeds site to follow all the latest news, line up rumours and real-time gossip.
Last year, we were inundated with thanks regarding the Them Crooked Vultures secret show, with people finding out by following our application.
And because the service was such a hit with festival fans in 2009 we’ve updated it to cover all the latest ‘tweets’ for the event in 2010.
So now you can get a real-time immediate feed of all the latest festival news and rumours, as well as the official festival site announcements and line up information. And with more and more people talking about the festival through their Twitter accounts you know you’ll get access to the most up-to-date rumours going.
The feed works on web enabled phones, including the iPhone, and auto refreshes every 30 seconds.
You can also add the service to your iGoogle home page through this Leeds Festival Google Gadget.
If you’d like to follow the Leeds Festival on Twitter please follow our sister site @leedsmusicscene (especially if you’re from the Leeds area).
If you haven’t yet bought your ticket for Leeds Festival 2010 then you can still get your hands on a ticket via Viagogo, the official ticket partner of the Leeds festival.
