Leeds Festival support ActionAid Haiti Earthquake Appeal

Festival organisers Festival Republic have donated £10,000 to ActionAid’s Haiti Earthquake Appeal.

Every year guests at Leeds Festival pay a charity donation and the guest list contributions at both Reading and Leeds Festival sites currently raise over £150,000 a year. And over £1m has been collected at the gates to date.

Leeds Festival alone has raised in excess of £200,000 in the last four years, and since moving to Bramham Park in 2002 most of this money has gone to the two local Yorkshire parishes of Bramham and Thorner.

In addition to their fantastic local charity work, Festival Republic have today announced that they have donated £10,000 to ActionAid’s Haiti Earthquake Appeal. Follow the link to make a donation.
