Leeds Festival headliners announced…
Leeds Festival 2008 Main Stage headliners were confirmed by festival organisers this evening as Metallica, Rage Against The Machine and The Killers (although it was hardly a secret, was it?).
The Radio One / NME Stage headliners are The Cribs, Babyshambles and Manic Street Preachers.
Many, many, many more bands will be confirmed throughout the summer.

I’ve got my ticket!!! But there is one thing I can’t understand though. I mean I don’t mind Metallica and some of my mates like them and also like The Enemy, so I can see why they would possibly play Leeds, but I just don’t understand Slipknot??!! I know I can go see other bands, and I will, but is it just me that thinks Slipknot, and possibly Metallica, are more Download bands than Leeds bands??!!
